I made this as a quick, fun project in Blender. It isn't perfect, but it was enjoyable! Thanks to Nephy for the inspiration for the bag!

It's literally a bag!
There's a few different pattern options for the rope-tie of the bag!
While designed to be a Santa's bag, I've included some patterns that are more versatile, for all your "I need a bag for whatever reason" needs.
It's poseable! Slump it on the ground! Carry it over your shoulder! Let it bounce alongside you like a Lalafell stowaway! So many things you can do!
